Pilates uses both body weight and resistance based-exercises to strengthen and tone your muscles. Mat and Reformer are used to help correct your posture and body misalignments. In time, your neuromuscular connection will become stronger and you'll be able to perform exercises with stability and strength. That’s where the transformation happens.

We are looking for Senior Physiotherapists who is passionate to grow their clientele and set up their own practice. You have to be registered with the Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC) with training in Pilates. Minimum of 5-7 years experience.

Q: I'm a first-time client, what should I expect on my first class?
A: We got you covered from what to wear and where to meet up HERE. If you haven't booked your first appointment, register here :

Q: Can I walk in for a Private or Group Class?
A: All classes are strictly by appointment only. Group classes and Outdoor classes are suspended till further notice.

Q: How long is a class?
A: Regular class is 55-minutes. Trial class is 45-50 minutes.
​
Q: Do I need to know the basics of Pilates or Yoga to join?
A: Don't fret, we don't expect a perfect execution. We are able to guide you.Our goal to guide you and give modifications should you have spine, bone or muscle issues.
​
Q: Can you find me a duet or should I?
A: We encourage Duet Classes for individuals who are family/friends to promote social responsibility. You also can agree availabilities and fitness goals.

Q: Can I rebook or cancel my appointment?
A: Yes, you may postpone 12 hours before your class or 1 Class will be deducted -unless you are unwell with proof or exhibit symptoms of Covid-19. For clients with packages, we do allow a 1x last minute cancellation. We hope for your understanding as we are a boutique studio - every hour counts.

Q: What is the expiry of Class Packs? May I share my Package?
A: No expiry of Class Packs- unless we haven't seen or heard from you for 3 months straight. Packages can be shared.
